Refund Policy

30-day refund

If the Guide does not help you make a clearer wait, watch or cut decision on your plant, message us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. No forms, and no questions about your plant.

How to request

Send a message through our Whop store with the email you used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Whop; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After 30 days

Because the Guide is a digital download, purchases older than 30 days are not refundable, except where required by law.
